We are looking for a passionate User Acquisition Manager to join us and make our products greater!
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of a full-funnel performance marketing strategy (web + app);
- Create and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns for positive ROAS;
- Test and scale new paid channels like Pinterest, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, Twitter and other traffic sources;
- Experiment continuously with different landing pages, creatives, and strategies;
- Explore analytical tools for better marketing campaigns measurement;
- New creative conceptions development, setting tasks for the production team (in-house and outsourced), testing, and conclusion conduction;
- UGC-creatives development;
- Work closely with our Product team to help identify, prioritize, and deliver on growth initiatives.
What drives success for this role:
- Strong proven track record for managing hundreds of thousands in ad spend;
- Manage, optimize and report on marketing budgets and ROI providing business cases, implementation, and learnings;
- Experience within Tier 1 markets, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Excellent communicator & comfortable in a remote environment;
- Resourceful, creative, and self-motivated;
- SKAdNetwork rules understanding;
- Proficient in English for discussing professional topics. Fluent Russian;
- B2C apps experience;
